Alex Van Opstal - This is a Belgium vessel that has the dubious distinction of being one of the first World War 2 casualtys when she hit a mine on 15th September 1939, just two weeks into the war. She was en-route to Weymouth to be inspected by the British authorities. A detour then unfortunately led to its sinking. Stong currents run through the area and should only be dived on slack water.
